Thorpe Satchville Village Hall is now available for hire after an extensive refit.

The main hall has been opended-up by removing the false ceiling and exposing the old beams and trusses, new men’s and women’s toilets - with a disabled facility, have been installed.

There is a new club room next to the new kitchen for smaller meetings and gatherings. This room has a serving hatch to the kitchen and Georgian-pane double doors opening out onto a new terrace which has an access gate onto the recreation field - absolutely perfect for al fresco summer afternoon teas!

The new kitchen is fully regulations-compliant and a professional, stainless steel kitchen has been installed.

Fully insulated ceilings and walls plus LPG central heating will keep us warm as toast in the winter and cool as a cucumber in the summer!

To add to the works already done to the exterior, a new wide access path with a restraining safety wall at the end has been built and fitted with with low level lighting for the darker evenings. Fire exits lead onto new paths at the front and rear of the building and terrace areas to each of the rear doors have been added.
